Work smarter. Make more money. Take more time off. These are the guiding principles behind Chuck Bauer’s transformational keynote speeches and seminars, grounded by three decades of experience as a proven motivational speaker and professional sales and business coach.

Chuck’s no-nonsense approach and tell-it-like-it-is style immediately connects with people as he breaks down traditional thinking that keeps people anchored in the past. You’ll leave energized and armed with actionable tactics to face current challenges in your business.

Chuck’s insights come from observing LIVE sales calls and business transactions through his work as a professional sales and business coach. His clients, including sales professionals, business owners and C-level executives, will tell you time and time again that Chuck’s tactics have saved deals, streamlined operations and skyrocketed revenue.

As the only endorsed Sales Coach for the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants, Chuck has extensive experience with the unique challenges facing small and medium sized CPA & Accounting Firms, having directly coached more than 80 firm owners on their practice management and sales efforts. Through his coaching, Chuck has helped an owner generate a 60 percent year over year net revenue increase through a virtual office environment requiring only 1,600 working hours a year. Another practice owner implemented one key Bauer tactic netting a $167,000 net increase in 12 months.

Originally from Orange County California, Chuck calls Dallas home where he lives happily with his bride, Rebecca, and their two very spoiled cats. When he’s not helping his clients, Chuck lives by his own teachings of working smarter and taking more time off so he and his wife can continue gathering Passport stamps.
