The Dallas Fort Worth Area IMA Chapter is in the process of developing our program for the 2018-19 Chapter Year. We normally offer two hours of CPE each month (August – May). Our members work in various accounting, finance, internal control, business leadership, technology and other functions; therefore, we seek to offer presentations that meet their various needs and interests over the course of the year. In addition to the ten monthly meetings, the chapter will co-host the IMA Texas Annual Conference in April 2019, which will offer another 12 hours of CPE. The Dallas Fort Worth Area Chapter is a registered sponsor with Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA); consequently, all presentations will need to meet TSBPA continuing education requirements. Presentations for the monthly dinner meetings will need to be 50-55 minutes, including Q&A. Presentations for the IMA Texas Annual Conference will need to be either 50 minutes or 75 minutes.

The Dallas Fort Worth Area Chapter meets at the Doubletree by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria, 4099 Valley View Lane, Dallas 75244. The meetings start at 5:30 with our first presentation, followed by networking at 6:20, dinner at 6:45, and our second presentation at 7:30.
