Two (2) CPE hours for both CMAs and CPAs are provided. Attendees must sign in and out and be present for the presentation in order to receive CPE credit. CPE certificates will be sent in an email to those who have met the requirements.

Jeffrey Butler
Jeffrey Butler is the Regional Practice Director, Risk Advisory Services for Experis Finance. He has over 25 years executive management and professional services consulting experience in a variety of industries including Energy, Financial Services/Institutions, Healthcare, Hospitality, Higher Educations, Non-profit, Retail, Technology and Global Six Accounting. Prior to joining Experis Finance, Jeffrey was Chief Audit Executive for Sabre Holdings, a leading travel technology company. Before joining Sabre Holdings, he was Executive Director with Grant Thornton LLP in the Governance, Risk & Compliance practice. Jeffrey also has extensive experience as a senior finance executive within organizations. His global business experience includes risk management, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, information technology audit and governance, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and business and IT strategy development. He has spoken/taught on various subjects including BCM, ERM, RPA and Sarbanes-Oxley at local chapters of the IIA, IIA International Conference and other professional organizations. About the Speaker:

Danny’s experience began in software and integration for banks, financial institutions and the legal profession that led to the next phase of his career protecting clients from security breaches working at companies like McAfee, EG&G and Lucent Technologies. He has had the privilege of receiving the highest sales awards personally, and as Vice President of Sales on behalf of his exceptional teams. He has appeared in a well-known Question Base Selling book and in articles on accomplishments he has experienced. He has a published book Selling Not Art or Science but Discipline. He has been able to use his life coaching training to help numerous individuals and small businesses grow and thrive.

His 30+ years of experience has led to his passion of protecting small to medium size businesses and non-profit organizations from cyber criminals. His current mission is to protect small to medium size businesses and non-profit organizations from being breached by cyber criminals. He accomplishes this by speaking, educating, training, using best practices with policies and procedures, suggesting recommendations, and offering solutions.
