Rosalind Kulp has been with the Comptroller's office for more than 24 years. Since November 2022 she has been a Tax Analyst with the Texas and performs highly complex (senior-level) accounts examination work for taxpayer services. Serves as the subject matter expert to other phone agents on complex customer inquiries regarding complicated tax issues. Ms Kulp provides customer assistance through phone inquiries regarding taxes administered by the Comptroller, including providing information on sales, franchise taxes and several other taxes and fees.
She is proficient in Sales, Franchise, Fuels, Motor Vehicle, Hotel, and Fuels taxes.
