Sponsors will be identified in all our meeting notices and on our event website, be recognized at the meeting itself, and be provided with a free booth during the conference. Booths will be in the same room as the conference, and will be open during registration, breaks, lunch and after the conference. In addition to the fee, we ask our sponsors to promote the event to their networks which should maximize the exposure of the event and the sponsor.
