Position Objective/Summary:

This position assists the company in overall areas of cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Support the Cash reporting function for daily tasks and reports.
  • Provides support and assistance for accounts receivables function.
  • Applies cash to customer accounts as well as responsible for account collection.
  • Posts, finalize, and email invoices, billings, and credits, as needed.
  • Responsible for all data entry for all expense and freight invoices in ERP system.
  • Track critical expenses to ensure monthly payment and processing.
  • Reviews and researches expense and payment variances.
  • Completes freight reconciliation and analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Cut out credit card payments from ERP systems.
  • Complete off cycle check process for all vendors.
  • Continue to improve the overall accounts payables process.
  • Assist in receiving, evaluating, and processing inventory invoices from vendors, as needed.
  • Enters payment and wire information along with wire template data into banking system.
  • Completes check process for vendors, as needed.
  • Perform a variety of accounting tasks according to established accounting principles and procedures.
  • Responsible for sensitive company, customer, and vendor data and must use discretion.
  • Assist external auditor requests, as needed.
  • Compile and prepare with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects, as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Excellent mathematical skills and efficient use of computers including accounting software.
  • Great time management skills with accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate well, both orally and written.
  • Work independently and analyze procedures and problems
  • Must be authorized to work in the US indefinitely

Position Objective/Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the compiling and preparing of financial information to be reported within financial statements and operatingresults of the company.  This position will also provide accounting support and perspective in relation to capital processes, leases, expense reporting and procedures for various divisions within the company.  This position will participate in the monthly closing process and in analyzing the B/S and P&L activities for area under their responsibility.  

 

Nature and Scope:

The Financial Analyst is a part of the Finance Department.  This position reports to the Accounting Manager and interacts with all levels of management.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Participate in monthly closing and general ledger activities and prepare account reconciliations and other schedules as necessary.
  • Process company department expense invoices in system
  • Lead Department Expense Monthly review meeting tracking forecast and actuals
  • Track company prepaid expense spending and company insurance policy spending
  • Monitor and process employee expense reports
  • Understand the process for tracking and monitor all CAPEX spending for approved budgets and ensure all necessary documentation
  • Monitor all company operating and capital leases
  • Assist in developing and publishing yearly budgets and forecasts. Preparing various budget schedules including but not limited to Expense Schedules, CAPEX and Depreciation, Headcount Tracking and other various budgets and forecasts. 
  • Assist in developing various reports for Managers & Executives
  • Insure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Prepare and complete work product in a timely manner, and other internal management as required
  • Must have ability to think strategically and to work independently
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of management/supervision.
  • Support company policies and demonstrate concern for the success of the business.
  • Show effective concern for the quality of all output and the needs, concerns and priorities of all “customers” both internal and external to the company

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Four year degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum of five years of accounting and/or finance experience with some financial analyst background.
  • Mastery of computer skills, including Microsoft Office, focus on enhanced Excel skillset.
  • Must have the ability to operate in a corporate environment, dealing with all levels of management.
  • Must have demonstrated strong analyticaland problem solving skills and unconditional integrity and commitment to financial accuracy.
  • Must be authorized to work in US indefinitely.
